Decorate a 1st birthday party or baby shower with this beautiful blue garland DIY latex balloon kit. Each kit contains 60 balloons: 10 x glossy silver, 10 x pastel navy blue, 10 x pastel light blue, 17 x pastel sky-blue and 13 x pastel white.
